Green Bean Stew Recipe
Ingredients:
2 lb green beans,
1 bouillon cube,
1 onion,
2 tbsp flour,
2 tbsp oil,
paprika seasoning, Vegeta seasoning,
half bunch of parsley,
1 cup sour cream,
salt
Preparation:
In the bullion cubed , salted water cook the chopped green beans. Prepare the jerk, in oil soften the onions, sprinkle with the flour, and with the paprika seasoning, pour a little cold water and the beans cooking water. Pour into the cooked green beans. When sufficiently thickened, stir in the sour cream and sprinkle with parsley, after it cooled off you can refrigerate. With frozen green beans make it the same way. If you use glassy bean or can, then warm it up with the juice, add liquid if necessary and thicken properly.
