Green Bean Stew Recipe

Ingredients:

2 lb green beans, 
1 bouillon cube, 
1 onion, 
2 tbsp flour, 
2 tbsp oil, 
paprika seasoning, Vegeta seasoning, 
half bunch of parsley, 
1 cup sour cream, 
salt

Preparation:
In the bullion cubed , salted water cook the chopped green beans. Prepare the jerk, in oil soften the onions, sprinkle with the flour, and with the paprika seasoning, pour a little cold water and the beans cooking water. Pour into the cooked green beans. When sufficiently thickened, stir in the sour cream and sprinkle with parsley, after it cooled off you can refrigerate. With frozen green beans make it the same way. If you use glassy bean or can, then warm it up with the juice, add liquid if necessary and thicken properly.

Hungarian Chicken Stew 

Placed in a large bucket 2 tbsp oil, and when hot, we add a 1 large sliced onions. Stir for 1-2 minutes, before it burns, add a good teaspoon (Hungarian) paprika spice and the 2 pound chopped chicken. Season with salt and simmer it covered, roast it, but put water on it and only if it's necessary,  to not to burn. If the meat is starts to soften, add 2-3 diced tomatoes and the same amount of sliced green peppers. In the mid-time cut a few potatoes to cubes shape, cook in salt water until tender and add to your stew the drained potatoes. Shake it a bit and serve hot.

Breaded Chicken Breast Recipe

Ingredients / Serves 4:

12 pieces of chicken breast slices
salt
2 whole eggs
6 humped tbsp flour (about 12 ounces)
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
120 ml milk
2 tsp Vegeta seasoning

Rotation:
2 tablespoons flour

For frying:
plenty of oil



Preparation: 

1. Wash and thinly slice the chicken breast and season with salt. Until we prepare the coat allowed to stand. 
2. In a bowl add flour, the spice, a pinch of salt, sesame seeds, and then add the eggs, stir constantly, and add milk to make it shick smooth mass. 
3. Turn around the breasts in a little flour, then in the mass, and fry them in hot oil for approx. 7 minutes until golden brown on both side. Put it on paper towels.

Serve with mashed potatoes or with rice and peas.

Eggplant Casserole Recipe


Ingredients / 1 portion:

1 large eggplant pieces
1 potato (small, cooked)
1 boiled egg
175g sour cream
3 ounces sausage (circle)
Salt to taste
pepper to taste
3 ounces of cheese (grated)

1 tbsp sunflower oil


Preparation: 

Pour a little oil in a heatproof bowl or pan. 
Layer some eggplants hoops in the bottom of a pan and season with salt. 
Couple of sausage rings attach to the eggplant. 
A few slices of eggs . 
Little sour cream (I usually add some salt and pepper ). 
Repeat the previous ones: eggplant, salt, sausage, eggs and sour cream. 
We put top on top cooked sliced potatoes. 
Sprinkle with the remaining sour cream. 
Sprinkle with grated cheese. 
Approximately 20 to 30 minutes in preheated oven fry. (If you love Juicy, then bake for 20 minutes covered, then 10 minutes to the fry the cheese.)

Serve with:
Cucumber and tomato salad, or pickles.
