Eggplant Casserole Recipe


Ingredients / 1 portion:

1 large eggplant pieces
1 potato (small, cooked)
1 boiled egg
175g sour cream
3 ounces sausage (circle)
Salt to taste
pepper to taste
3 ounces of cheese (grated)

1 tbsp sunflower oil


Preparation: 

Pour a little oil in a heatproof bowl or pan. 
Layer some eggplants hoops in the bottom of a pan and season with salt. 
Couple of sausage rings attach to the eggplant. 
A few slices of eggs . 
Little sour cream (I usually add some salt and pepper ). 
Repeat the previous ones: eggplant, salt, sausage, eggs and sour cream. 
We put top on top cooked sliced potatoes. 
Sprinkle with the remaining sour cream. 
Sprinkle with grated cheese. 
Approximately 20 to 30 minutes in preheated oven fry. (If you love Juicy, then bake for 20 minutes covered, then 10 minutes to the fry the cheese.)

Serve with:
Cucumber and tomato salad, or pickles.
